岗位职责/职位描述

 

Conduct sales activities and service customers including meeting with customers, handling customer enquiries, preparing business proposals and maintaining a good database and keeping record of all customer contacts, sales calls and business deals.

执行销售活动和为客户提供服务,包括拜访客户、掌握客户需求、制作业务计划、根据所有销售拜访收集并完善各项数据。

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :

 

  • Conduct Sales      Activities销售活动

 

  • Meet with customers regularly, handling proactive sales calls and reactive sales leads.

    会见客户,包括销售拜访。

  • Set up personal plans for sales activities including number of calls, call objectives and what accounts to call on.

    制定自己的销售拜访计划,包括拜访数量、电话拜访及还有计划拜访的客户。

  • Ensure all enquires are handled promptly and efficiently.

    有效的收集客户的各项需求信息。

  • Meet with in-house guests to build relationship and to obtain guest comments.

    会见住店客人,建立客户关系并获取客户意见。

  • Meet with key banquet customers to build relationship.

    会见宴会负责人,建立良好的客户关系。

  • Be proactive in obtaining sales leads from various sources such as newspaper, internet, TV etc.

    通过报刊、网络、电视等多种渠道积极收集销售资源。

  • Actively share information on guest comments, both positive and negative.

    积极收集客人的意见,包括积极的或是消极的。

  • Assist in organizing and participate in all customer events.

    协助为客人作相关计划和组织活动。

  • Identify new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy.

    开发适合酒店战略需要的新客户或市场。

  • Understand or be familiar with the fundamentals of assigned accounts.

    了解熟悉客户的背景。

  • Develops a sales plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts

    制定销售计划 ,从所负责的客户及市场中获得生意。

  • Negotiates transient rates for assigned accounts.

    与客户商讨公司散客价。

     

  • Account Management客户管理

 

  • To input information related to all accounts into Opera S&C.

    录入所有客户信息到Opera S&C系统。

  • Manage the Opera S&C database and ensure all information in the system is up to date.

    管理维护酒店电脑系统资料,并实时更新。

  • Responsible for setting up plans and actions for each account.

    负责对每位客户制定销售计划。

  • Participate in account review and account audit to ensure that all relevant information is obtained for each of the accounts.

    对客户的资料进行分析,确保每位客户的信息准确。

  • Prepare Sales Call Reports to record all information on daily sales activities.

    对每天的销售活动制定有效的销售拜访报告。

  • Determines the account’s needs, Marriott’s objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account.

    确认客户的需求、万豪的目标,以及细分市场/客户的市场行为。

  • Continuously communicates the benefits of the hotel to the customer.

    保持将酒店所提供的价值传达给客户。

  • Drives/manages account transient, group and catering production through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management.

    通过有效的客户管理,提高客户忠诚度及散客、团队及会议的产量。

     

  • Strives to meet      measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team.

努力达成个人及团队的目标(可测量)。

 

  • Implements training      programs to improve sales efficiency and staff development.

参加培训课程,提高销售业绩及技能。

 

  • Understands the      overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends,      supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.

了解整个市场的情况汇报- 竞争对手的优势及缺点、 经济趋势和供需关系,以及如何去应对以上情况。

 

  • Office Etiquette & Business Ethics办公室礼仪和职业道德

 

  • Properly dressed in uniforms with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.

    按照酒店标准要求妥善着装。

  • Conducting business according to the Marriott guidelines and local law.

    遵守酒店规范及本地法律法规进行商业行为。

  • Compliance to the standards set up for the sales operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.

    依从酒店的各项标准来进行销售运作,包括电话礼仪,准时的作息时间及其他的相关制度等。

 

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in the sales & marketing from a sizeable international organization.

    2年以上国际同星级酒店的市场销售的工作。

  • Knowledge of local market and business practise.

    熟悉本地市场。

  • Be proactive in identifying leads and convert them into business opportunities.

    对销售工作有独特的见解,能找到合适的商机。

  • Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.

    熟悉电脑系统以及能制作相关报告。

  • Good interpersonal skills and listening skills.

    良好的人际交往能力。

  • Ability to analysis different business situations and come up with suggestions on handling the issues.

    能对不同的生意情况进行分析,听取意见掌握生意。

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.

能良好有效地与其他部门行进沟通。
