岗位职责/职位描述

Responsible for the successful handling of the market segments that may be assigned to him or her, which may or may not involve guest rooms. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Marketing, maximizes business opportunities, ensures effective communications with clients and ensure efficient coordination with department concerned.

负责处理分配好的会议市场,可以包括或不包括房间方面的生意。在市场总监的指导下,最大限度的寻找生意机会,确保和客人的有效沟通及与相关部门的协调。

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :

 

  • Administration 管理工作

     

  • Help direct all activities of the EBC department to ensure the smooth running of the department.

    协助宴会预订部门确保所有活动正常运行。

  • Establishes and maintains the accounts management system.

    建立并维护客户的管理系统。

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the catering profile database and diary.

    维护宴会销售数据资料和日常工作记录。

  • Establishes good working relationship within the department and other department.

    确保本部门和其他部门保持良好的工作关系。

     

  • Marketing Planning 市场策划

     

  • Assists in preparation of the Marketing Plan.

    协助进行市场策划。

  • Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.

    积极参与并完成本部门的预算。

  • Responsible for achieving the departmental goals.

    完成部门销售指标。

     

  • Business Development 发展生意

     

  • Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Convention Association meetings, corporate meetings and Incentive groups or other market segment as may be assigned.

    密切留意客户收入及业务情况,如协会会议、公司会议、奖励团体及其他有潜力的市场。

  • Feedbacks on market trends and keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Sales Managers and Director of Sales.

    与其他房间销售经理及销售总监保持紧密的沟通,及时反馈市场趋势并保持与客户联系及良好的关系,全面达到销售目标。

  • Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

    尽最大可能的做向上销售。

  • Forecasts group room nights and catering revenue.

    预测团队的房间夜数和宴会收入。

  • Prepares proposals for convention, corporate meeting, incentive, association meeting groups, social groups or any market segment as may be assigned.

    为公司会议、奖励团体、协会会议及社会团体的活动以及其他的市场活动准备提案。

  • Handles the negotiation process/enquiries for corporate meetings referred by corporate sales and convention/Association meeting/incentives and corporate meeting groups and social groups as required.

    根据需要处理公司会议、协会会议及社会团体的业务进程和需求。

  • Closely communicates with concerns eg. Room rate, negotiation progress w/the director of catering.

    与负责人密切对房价、谈判进程进行协调,并与宴会预订中心总监保持沟通。

  • Conducts site inspections for convention, association meeting, corporate meeting and social clients.

    带领公司和团队的会议客人参观酒店。

  • Participates in relationship building visitations when necessary.

    必要时参与建立客户的拜访活动。

     

  • Operations 工作运作

     

  • Ensures effective communication with clients.

    确保与客户进行有效沟通。

  • Responsible for the dissemination of group related information to other departments e.g. issues Group Resumes and chairs pre and post-convention meeting.

    负责发放团队的相关信息给其他运作部门,如团队预定表,会议的总结表等。

  • Maintains close coordination with respective departments on organizers’ requirements, e.g. with Banquet for operation details, etc.

    根据会议组织者的要求随时与相关部门保持联系,如与宴会部沟通运做细节等。

  • Be visible to organizers and clients during their event/group dates and checks on satisfaction.

    在活动期间,与会议组织者和客人保持联系,调查满意度。

  • Regularly reviews Master Account postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Reviews bills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on final invoice.

    时常回顾主要客户记录,确保客户资料录入的正确性。与会议组织者确认帐单明细并开发票。

  • Maintains close communication with concerned Corporate Sales and Travel and Trade Sales during the process.

    与相关的房间销售同事保持密切的沟通。

  • Follow through from negotiation until departure for Conventions, Incentives, Corporate Meeting and Association Meeting Groups referred by Travel and Tours Sales, as well as Corporate Meetings referred by Corporate Sales.

    跟进旅行社销售同事和公司会议销售同事推荐的各种会议活动从合约商谈到活动结束的所有工作。

  • Liaises with clients on finalizing details and gives professional advice on set-ups and planning of functions.

    对活动的计划和举办向客人提供专业建议,与客户协调确认最终的细则。

  • Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Catering Secretary in maintaining the accounts management system.

    建立和维护主要客户的档案,与宴会部秘书共同维护客户管理系统。

  • Accomplish Departmental reports as may be assigned: Sales and Catering Production Report, Daily Occupancy Report, Market Segmentation, Lost Or Cancelled Business Report.

    完成部门的报表:宴会销售产品报表,每日的入住率报表,丢失生意记录表等。

  • Establishes good working relationships within the department and with other departments.

    和其他部门建立良好的关系。

  • To perform other duties as assigned by the Division and Department Heads.

    完成部门领导指派的其他工作任务。

     

  • Office Etiquette & Business Ethics 办公室礼节及商业道德

     

  • Properly dressed in uniform or business attire with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.

    根据酒店的标准穿着酒店的制服,保持良好的职业形象。

  • Conducting business accordingly to the hotel guidelines and local law.

    根据酒店的规章制度及地方法律开展商业活动。

  • Compliance to the standards set up for the sales operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.

    依从酒店的各项标准来进行销售运作,包括电话礼仪,准时的作息时间及其他的相关制度等。


  • Minimum 3-year work experience in hotel industry from a sizeable international hotel organization with catering sales / operation experience.

    3年以上国际同星级酒店的市场销售的工作。

  • Knowledge of local market and business practise.

    熟悉本地市场活动。

  • Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.

    熟悉电脑系统操作并能制作相关报告。

  • Good interpersonal skills.

    良好的人际交往能力。

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.

能良好有效地与其他部门行进沟通。
