Responsibilities/主要工作职责
l  Report to Manager all hotel property deficiencies and safety or security hazards
向经理汇报酒店所有的财产损坏和安全危险问题
l  Establish good communication and good will with informal leaders and relevant members of local community
与领导和相关人员建立良好的沟通和积极的形态。
l  Perform leadership training for all senior security personnel
对高级保安进行管理训练。
l  Maintain the loyalty and discipline of all security personnel.
保证保安部人员的纪律性和忠诚性。
l  Be familiar with location of fire alarms and firefighting equipment；Initiate action to improve a  hazardous situation immediately
熟悉消防报警及灭火器材的位置；采取行动以便迅速处理危急情况
l  Maintain the security system；Implement procedures for security and emergency incidents，
维护酒店安全系统；执行安全和紧急事件处理程序
l  Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
熟悉财产安全、急救、火灾、紧急事件发生时的补救措施，能安全操作相关设备。
l  Supervise emergency drills. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
监督险情演习；对危险情况采取行动进行纠正，通报潜在的危险。
l  Establish good cooperation with hotel’s senior staff with other hotels.
与酒店其他部门的高级员工保持良好的沟通。
l  Coordinate with the local investigator in crimes & accident handling and investigating. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
协助当地检查机关调查解决犯罪和事故；按照酒店要求记录安全事件及意外事故。
l  Ensure all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard.
确保能高质量的完成巡查、检测和保卫等各项工作。
l  Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
训练、指导员工工作，为员工提供建设性的信息回馈。
l  Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations. Prepares detailed Department introduction for new staff
为新员工准备详细的部门介绍，定期与员工交流，与员工维持良好的关系。
l  Cooperate with Assistant Manager to report situation that discover some problem of security so that it can be handled by appropriate authority.   
协助副经理对酒店内部发生的各类案件进行调查
l  Take the necessary activities to control the security threat and then report the result to   Security Manager.
对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报安全部经理或安全部副经理。
l  The security management will be carried out, and inspect it regularly.
落实各项安全管理制度，经常性的进行安全检查
l  Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors；Ad hoc assignment from the Hotel Management.
完成你上级交待的其它任务；完成酒店管理层交代的其它任务。
