· Ensure daily work accurate,efficient and timely and electronic equipment. Provide technical support and lead staff to analyze the breakdowns and do rush repairs.
保证日常运行的准确、高效和准时并维护机电设备。提供技术支持和领导员工进行故障原因分析并进行抢修。
· Make daily, weekly and monthly assignment plan according to work requests. Carry out maintenance work to meet the standard.
按照维修工作的需求制订每天,每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修工作直到达标。
· Assign jobs to staff on the basis of their conditions; improve production efficiency and constantly perfect work methods and procedures.
根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作,努力提高生产效率,不断完善工作方法和程序。
· Evaluate the systems, plants operation regularly for timely adjustment and better improvement.
经常评估系统和设备运行状况,以便及时调整和改进。
· Make precaution and maintenance plan according to member conditions,operation conditions, seasons and regulation requirements.
根据人数情况、营业情况、季节情况和法规要求制定预防维护计划。
· Prioritize to arrange some precaution and maintenance plan, for those devices important to hotel operation, high costs for maintenance and replacement, with high-risk or frequent breakdown records and so on.
根据现实情况优先安排某些预防维护计划,例如对于饭店运作比较重要的设备、维修和需更换花费较多的设备、具有安全隐患的设备和根据最近频繁故障停机抢修记录需要优先安排维护的设备等。
· Adjust maintenance task list according to actual situation, including working frequency、estimating labor and financial input and forecasting special situations that may happen and so on.
根据实际情况对预防性维修保养任务表进行调整,包括对工作频率、人力和材料投入的估计和可能发生的特殊情况的预测等等。
· Apply for purchasing parts in advance when there are enough materials and time for conducting preventive maintenance.
要保证在进行预防性维修保养时所需材料和时间的充足的前提下,预先提出零部件采购申请。
· Assistant and implement special program and contracting plan.
协助和执行特殊项目和承包计划。
· Implement hotel processing procedures when emergencies.
在紧急情况下执行饭店紧急情况处理程序。
· Assist administrative assistant to manage warehouse and control inventory, including knowing the source of parts and materials and check the quality.
协助行政助理管理仓库和控制存货。包括了解零件和材料来源以及检查其质量。
· Strictly carryout the established provisions,regulations,policies and standard procedures and so on.
必须严格执行已经建立的规定、制度、政策和标准程序等。
· Finish other work assigned by chief engineer.
完成总工程师安排的其它工作。
· Keep professional and cooperative relationship with our colleges from our department and other operation department.
与其它运作部门和本部门员工保持专业和合作的关系。
· Act as a member of obligatory fire brigade when on duty. React immediately once fire happens.
当班时应为义务消防队的一员。一旦发生火情立即反应。
