Position Overview：

岗位概述：

Support the negotiation of contracts, purchasing of required goods, and record-keeping as it related to transactions and vendor performance. The incumbent will be responsible for the timely procurement of goods and services for the resort, ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality.

支持合同的协商议价，采购所需物品，并且保持关于交易和供货商表现的记录。在职人员负责为度假酒店采购及时所需的物品和服务，确保其成本效益与质量相符，物有所值。

The Role：

1.Supervise the purchasing clerk in performing the purchasing function

督导采购文员其采购职能的工作表现

2.Identifies and develops reliable sources of supply

确认并开发可靠的供应渠道

3.Processes purchase requests from departments

处理各部门的采购申请

4.Place approved orders

接收批准的采购订单

5.Establishes standard purchasing specifications

建立采购标准说明

6.Ensures products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly

确保物资被准确地分发到各部门并相应入账

7.Ensures that market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and Accountant

确保与行政总厨、餐饮经理和财务协调完成市场价格调查

8.Purchasing according to the required time scale based on lead-time required for supply. Purchases of stock and non-stocks good and services

根据以到货周期为基础的时间范围要求进行采购。采购库存、非库存物品和服务。
