Position Overview：
岗位概述：
To
timely carry out maintenance for hotel building decoration facilities,
including furniture, wallpaper, wood decoration, wall paint, flooring, stone
tools and artworks, management of and supervision of Ken fix’s daily work,
timely report to Building Maintenance Engineer.


及时维护酒店建筑装璜设施，包括酒店内家具、墙纸、木装饰、墙面漆、地板、石器和装饰物等，管理和监督装修工的日常工作，及时向装修工程师汇报工作。

The Role：
岗位职责：
To complete the task as the duty engineer assigned.
完成值班工程师分派的任务。
To ensure hotel building, decoration, furniture and facilities intact, providing good service for the hotel operation.
保证酒店建筑、装饰、陈设、家具和设施的完好无损，为酒店经营服务。
To assist Building Maintenance Engineer in making maintenance plans and taking charge of organizing the implementation.
协助装修工程师制定维修保养计划，并组织实施。
To fix the decoration, furniture, furnishings and facilities effectively once they get damaged.
装饰、陈设、家具、设施结构出现损坏，要及时组织人力进行抢修，以最短的时间完成修复工作。
To implement the post and safety responsibility institutions, get the associates to strictly follow safety operation rules, avoiding the accident to happen.
贯彻执行岗位责任制、安全责任制，督促检查下属员工严格执行安全操作规程，确保设备及人身不发生安全事故。
To organize professional and technical training, improving staff skills.
组织员工参加专业技术培训，提高员工技能。

Talent Profile：
岗位要求：

Education 学历:  High School and above. 
高中学历以上。
Experience 经验:  Graduated from technical school or
equivalent degree.
中等专业技术学校毕业或同等学历。
5 years building
maintenance job experience.
5年酒店装修工工作经验。
