Assist Sports & Leisure Manager manage KidsOnly

协助康乐部经理管理儿童俱乐部

Monitor the KidsOnly daily operation

监督儿童俱乐部的每日运营情况

Assist the schedule of resort kid activity program

协助计划安排度假酒店的儿童活动项目

Maintain KidsOnly supplies and equipment

维护儿童俱乐部运营用品和设备

Manage KidsOnly colleagues to ensure brand standard are met

管理儿童俱乐部的同事，确保做到品牌标准

Schedule work repairs as needed with the Engineering Department

与工程部一起安排康乐部的维修工作

Maintain and enforce safety standards and procedures with KidsOnly colleagues

与儿童俱乐部所有同事一起维持并执行安全标准和程序

Assist with select and ensure appropriate training for KidsOnly in the department

协助挑选儿童俱乐部所需要恰当的培训并确保部门所有的同事都参加

Manage KidsOnly budget and cost

管理儿童俱乐部的预算和成本

Provide ongoing coaching and training to KidsOnly colleagues

Talent Profile：

任职资格：

Education 学历: College and above. 大专及以上

Experience 经验: Approximately 3-4 years’ experience as a Manager / Assistant Manager

要求约3-4年的经理级或副经理级的工作经验

Licenses or certificates证书: No special licenses required. 不需要特别证书

Grooming 仪容仪表: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance (specific standards available). 所有员工必须保持整洁干净的形象

Other 其他: In depth knowledge of Hospitality有丰富的酒店行业知识
