The Role:
岗位职责

Supervise the behavior of Concierge Agents and Chauffeurs according to the process and procedures set.
根据已制定的工作程序标准指导礼宾员和司机们的行为表现
Oversee lobby and driveway operations, being supportive to ensure proper order of above areas.
监管大堂和行车道的运营工作，为保证以上区域的通畅无阻提供大力支持
Knowledgeable on city information and update colleagues frequently.
对城市的信息了如指掌并经常给同事更新最新讯息
Aware of safety and security issues and report to managers.
了解安全相关的事件并报告给经理
Handle and store guests' luggage in a secured and organized way.
用心对待客人的行李，存放的时候注意安全并有序
Responsible for managing guest transportation.
负责管理客人用车
Responsible for guest valet park and buggy service.
负责代客泊车和电瓶车服务
Take ownership of resort equipment, such as luggage trolley, vehicles.
爱护酒店设施设备，如行李推车、车辆
Maintain the Golden Key Association information back up and supporting source.
维护并备份金钥匙协会信息和配套源
Maintain a strong relationship with the other properties.
