Responsible to welcome all guests to the Resort, provide luggage assistance, buggy transfers and provide support for guest enquiries. Takes pride and ownership that all requests are fulfilled promptly, professionally and to guest’s satisfaction.
负责欢迎所有酒店客人的到来，提供行李服务、电瓶车接送以及为客人提供其它相关服务。具备主人翁精神，为客人能够得到及时、专业而又满意的服务而感到自豪。
The Role

Interact with the guests according brand standard.
与客人往来时不忘品牌标准
Handle and store guest’s luggage.
为客人提供行李服务并寄存行李
Provide buggy service.
提供电瓶车接送服务
Store all guest belongings in a secured environment.
确保将客人的物品存储在安全的地方
Report the matters related to safety and security to the manager.
若发现任何安全相关问题随即上报给经理
Responsible for the work place and ensure it’s neat and clean.
有责任爱护工作场所的设施，并保持整洁
Take care of Resort assets and report the repair and maintenance.
爱护酒店财产，如若需要及时报修或维护
Record daily log book and hand over properly.
填写每日值班日志并认真做好交接班
