职位描述：通过引导，支持及辅导所有的服务成员在准备时，服务中及服务过后如何让客人感到惊喜。

岗位职责：

Fully in charge of Restaurant in planning and executing the events, profit & loss, training and human resources related affairs and takes ownership in maximizing profitability by enhancing sales.
全面负责餐厅的策划和执行活动，利润和损失，培训和人力资源相关事务并通过提高销售额来获得最大利润
Provide functional assistance and direction to the Food & Beverage operation as assigned.
协助及指导相关餐饮营运
Is competent in Food & Beverage Divisional and Resort policies, standards and procedures.

Establishes strong, thoughtful and respectful ties and communication with related departments to support each other and get things done.
