Responsible for design and artwork production of hotel’s collateral material and other graphic work that are required and relevant to sales & promotions of hotel products and services.

The Role:

1. Assist with the photos / graphics for the Resort collateral items; adjusting photos & PowerPoint presentations.
协助管理酒店的宣传品包括调整酒店照片和课件展示。
2. Ensure the Resort collateral and advertisements are up to Capella brand standard.
确保酒店所有宣传品和广告符合嘉佩乐品牌标准。
3. Developing marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, flyers, direct mail, etc.) through distribution.
协助设计制作市场营销材料(宣传册、新闻稿件、传单、直接邮件等)。
4. Coordinate with Resort Operations team to ensure the Resident’s expectations are fully communicated to ensure the delivery of the stay experience exceed the Resident’s vision effectively and efficiently. Work closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and Events Service and other revenue generating departments to maximize the Resort revenue through all sales and marketing activities.

5. Keep learning detailed product knowledge of the Resort facilities and services; maintain an updates awareness of Resort product knowledge, sales and marketing promotions.

6. Amplify the effectiveness of marketing team by developing each individuals’ skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and / or mentoring.

7. Providing effective professional development in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of ‘We work through People’.

8. Communicate and collaborate closely with counterpart of sister hotels and local competitors on sales and market information.
与姊妹酒店和本地竞争酒店美工保持工作及信息上的联系。
9. Ensure the punctuality and appearance of sales and marketing team in professional manner; ensure the correct uniform or business attire during all internal and external sales and marketing activities, according to the Resort and department’s grooming standards.

10. Ensure all contracts signed by Director of Sales and Marketing or on behalf of Sales and Marketing, according to the Resort and departmental Policies and Procedures.

Min 2-3 years experience in similar capacity in hotel industry or in graphic design field.
