Position Overview：
职位描述：
Maximize rooms sales and Resort revenue in
association with Sales and Marketing through Inventory Control and other
revenue generating departments to meet or exceed the budgeted segment room
revenue and occupancy for the Resort while delivering customer service in line
with Capella brand standards; maximize the team productivity through the use of
multiple skill e.g. telephone communication skill and Reservation System and
scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the
expectations of Residents. Maximize sales opportunities and grow business share
from domestic, national and international leisure business by cross selling for
Capella.

The Role：
岗位职责

1.    Administer the loading of all new rates into the relevant reservation
systems, including testing and deployment.
将所有新价格输入相关预订系统，包括测试和实施。
2.    Leverage the communication with Rooms on checking room-type
availability to maximize rooms sales, yield and average room rate through
upselling and other inventory and rate management initiatives.
与房务部沟通并检查可售房型，从而将客房销量最大化，并通过增销平衡和管控房价。
3.    Reinforce the processing of individual and group reservations, rooming
lists, waitlists and other reservations according to the Resort Policies and
Procedures.

4.    Ensure the proper handling of all overbooking situations and waitlisted
business, working closely with the relevant departments.

5.    Manage and enhance detailed knowledge of Opera System; ensure database
if professionally managed and kept up to date.
管理并加强对Opera系统的了解；确保能够专业地管理并及时更新数据库。
