Position Overview:

岗位描述:

1.    Responsible forachieving room and catering sales target objectives of his/her assigned areaand business segments.

完成各自负责销售区域的客房及宴会销售目标。

2.    To perform duties within the frameworkdefined by the hotel as supervised by Director of Sales

在销售总监的监督下,履行酒店赋予的职责。

3.    Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with a customer base of his/her responsibility throughCustomer Relationship Management

通过保持与其负责区域客户的联系来进一步提高酒店的知名度。

4.    Maintains and updates sales records manually andelectronically regularly

保存和更新销售记录。

5.    Supervise subordinates to ensure all dailytask are completed in a timely fashion.

监督下级员工按时完成当日所有工作。


The Role:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职责:

1.    To know clearly the hotel objectives andsales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into a weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth inthe sales plan

清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。

2.    Represents the hotel and participate indomestic and international sales activities

代表酒店参与国内外各项销售活动。

3.    Constant customer contact directed towardsexisting customers and potential customers.

同时与现存客户和潜在客户保持经常联系。

4.    Creative Contribution to product and salesdevelopment

提升公司的住房量,拓宽客户范围。

5.    To conduct daily sales visit assignedaccounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food &beverage through effective client account management.

安排每日走访的客户,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。

6.    To plan sales coverage of area/territoryassigned in the most effective manner.

以最有效的方式划分销售区域。

7.    Identifies and handles sales leadseffectively and efficiently.

快捷高效地处理业务。

8.    Fulfils Customer Relationship Managementresponsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customerinterview

履行客户关系管理的职责,通过完成计划周详的客户拜访实现销售目标。

9.    Conduct active distribution of productinformation and create awareness in the market and business segment orresponsibility.

积极宣传酒店产品。

10.  To always practices “Cross Selling” and Upsell in accordance with corporate anddepartment guidelines during sales calls.

在拜访客户时,经常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等销售技巧。

11. To ensure that allarrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms,banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay inthe hotel.

保证已与客人确认的客房,宴会及餐饮服务在客人未到或在酒店入住时完成。

12. To provideafter-sales service, in particular, to ensure all guest complaints are takenseriously and discussed with the respectivedepartment when necessary

13. Interact and attendto guest request, concerns, and feedbackin a professional manner.

以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈。

14. To answer and respondpromptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect withinthe time limit set according to policy & procedure.

按政策在规定时间内迅速回复客人要求。

15. Entertain to buildrapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel

保持与潜在客户的联系沟通以期将来使其成为酒店真正的客户。

16. Maintain goodrelationship with all clients.

与所有客户保持良好关系。

17. Provide guests withthe most accurate and up to date information at all times.

向客人提供最精确最更新的信息。

18. Maintain good intercommunication and good working relationswith all departments and all external contacts.

与酒店各部门员工及所有客户保持良好的相互沟通和合作关系。

19. Monitors and reportson market and competition within own market segment.

根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告。

20. To upkeep of updatedrecord of all sales activities for each account(including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each account)

确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。

21. To develop andmaintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis.

对指定客户的数据信息做到每日更新。

22. To prepare and submitweekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales

23. Recommends to theDirector of Sales on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets

向销售总监就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议。

24. To participate in“Account Productivity” monthly review with Director of Sales.

与销售总监一起参加每月“Account Productivity”回顾。

25. Participate in daily,weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Director of Sales on the activitiesof each account and market trends

参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售总监进行沟通,及时更新。

26. Abides by both thehotel and Head Office policies and procedures

遵守酒店及总部的政策和程序。

27. Analyses evaluateand improve personal performance on acontinual basis.

对个人表现进行时时分析,评估和改进。

28. Carries out othertasks as directed by supervisor

完成其他交予的工作。


Talent Profile:

岗位资质:

Education 学历:  UniversityGraduate大学本科毕业

Experience 经验:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience insimilar capacity with international chain hotels

具有至少2-3年国际连锁酒店的相关经验

Licenses orcertificates证书: No special licenses required. 不需要特别证书

Grooming 仪容仪表: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available). 所有员工必须保持整洁干净的形象。

Other 其他: Additional language ability preferred. 具有其他语言能力将优先考虑。

Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software熟练操作微软等操作系统

Excellent spoken and written communication skills inboth English and Mandarin are a must
