职位描述

1. Monitors all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
确保所有的雇用和招聘程序符合当地的法律法规及公司的标准和程序。
2. Establishes the recruitment system and ensure the daily recruitment normal process.
建立酒店人力资源招聘的日常工作体系并执行保证招聘工作的正常开展。
3. Assists Department Heads in maintaining current knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resource Issues.
协助各部门经理保存并理解当前的人力资源政策。
4. Assists in the interviewing and hiring of hotel members with the appropriate skills, as needed.
根据需要面试和聘用酒店员工。
5. Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment source.
建立和保持外界的招聘资源,保持合作关系。
6. Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures.
参加现场招聘会并且确保对外资料文件符合标准。
7. Networks with local organizations to source candidates for current or future opening
保持与当地机构的社交联网,为现在或将来准备更多地人才资源。
8. Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection process, and Ensure the recruited employee up to the hotel standard and brand standa
监督/督导面试者的资格和人才筛选流程, 确保招聘人员符合酒店及品牌标准。
9. Provides subject matter expertise to property managers regarding selection procedures.
为部门经理提供符合品牌标准甄选流程专业知识。
10. Partners with vendor partners to ensure effective advertisement efforts are being utilized for open positions in appropriate venues to attract a diverse candidate pool.
与合作单位一起确保开放职位的对外宣传效果,能够吸引不同的应聘者。
11. Performs quality control on vendor partner’s performance regarding applicant sourcing and election.
根据简历的来源和选择对合作单位进行质量控制。
12. Sets up and maintains candidates’ database by departments with specification on Trace, K.I.V, and rejected etc.
建立并保持应聘人才库,并分部门标出跟踪,暂入人才库和淘汰等状态。
13. Conducts and manage exit interview process and tracking.
实施并管理员工离职面试程序。
14. Manages Employee’s Probation & Contract.
跟踪管理员工的试用期评估和合同更新。
