TheRole岗位职责：
1. Implements hotel compensationsystems.
实施酒店薪酬系统
2. Supervises team members in the HR Office ensuring the department’sdaily operation is running smoothly and team members discipline are adhered to.
管理监督部门团队成员以保障人力资源部日常工作顺利开展和团队的记录遵守
3. Liaise with local government authorities regarding labor law, laborrelations and arbitration cases.
保持与当地政府劳动社会保障当局的工作联系
4. Prepares procedure released concerning the labor contracts for teammembers.
员工的劳动合同管理流程实施工作
5. Supervises and checks all records on leaves, social insurance,housing allowance, misconduct and personnel action form etc..
监督并检查员工假期，社会保险，公积金，员工违纪事件，人事信息变动表等记录准确性
