PositionOverview 岗位概览
To grow the market share of the hotelbusiness volume through the development of room and catering sales in achievingset annual targets. To develop a solid sales pipeline and systematicprospecting program. To manage the Sales and Marketing Department to achievemaximum occupancy and revenue.

TheRole 岗位职责:
1.Provides aprofessional, advisory and executive support to the GM in meeting strategicgoals.

2.Plans and developsmarketing strategies and promotion plans with Marcom and Revenue Director.
与市场传讯和收益总监计划和发展营销策略以及促销计划
3.To achieve revenuegoals by developing and implementing proper sales and marketing strategies.

4.Design a system toobtain data from market place which can be instrumental in developing new salesstrategies – competitive activities and developments.

5.To understand themarket, its trends and changes, explore opportunities for competitive advantageto yield one’s fair share of the market.
了解市场趋势和变化,探索机会扩大竞争优势,从而获取一个公平的市场份额
6.To analyzeopportunities, select realistic objectives, develop, implement and controleffective strategies and sales plans.
对现有营销机会进行分析, 选择现实的目标, 制定,实施和控制的有效策略和销售计划
7.Assessing sellingopportunities within the Sales and Catering capacity, work with and assist withother portfolios i.e. F&B through marketing channels, Public Relationscampaigns to the corporate sectors, on F&B promotions or other similarpromotions from other portfolios/departments.

8.Monitors andevaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.

9.Develop andimplement disciplined a prescribed routing of patterns in covering territoryand accounts to achieve high penetration of the market share.

10.To establishsales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures andrecommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.

11.Manages guest relationsand client services including guest and client needs, product and serviceknowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and guest and clientfeedback to ensure future repeat and new business.
管理客户关系和客户服务。包括客人和客户需求、产品和服务的知识,销售效率,沟通技巧和客户的反馈来确保未来的重复使用和新业务的开发。
12.To increaseoccupancy, average rate and profits of the hotel through planning, guidance,and training of hotel sales personnel.

TalentProfile任职资格:
1.Min 2-3 years’experience for same position
2-3年及以上相同岗位工作经验
2.Strongselling skills and techniques.

3.Knowledge of local & internationalmarket.

4.Excellent written and spoken Chinese andEnglish.
熟练的中英文口语和书写能力。
