PositionOverview 岗位概览

Maximize rooms sales and Resort revenueinassociation with Sales and Marketing through Inventory Control and otherrevenuegenerating departments to meet or exceed the budgeted segment roomrevenue andoccupancy for the Resort while delivering customer service in linewith Capellabrand standards; maximize the team productivity through the use ofmultipleskill e.g. telephone communication skill and Reservation System andschedulingto meet the financial goals of the business as well as theexpectations ofResidents. Maximize sales opportunities and grow business sharefrom domestic,national and international leisure business by cross selling forCapella.

通过与市场销售部以及其他创收部门的合作将客房销售和酒店收益最大化,使其达到并超过预期,同时向客人提供符合嘉佩乐的品牌标准的服务;通过多种工作技能使团队产量最大化,例如:电话沟通技巧,预订系统,从而满足业务和财务目标。通过交叉销售嘉佩乐的所有酒店增加销售机会,并扩张国内和国际的市场份额。


TheRole 岗位职责:

1.Administerthe loading of all new rates into the relevant reservation systems, includingtesting and deployment.                                                                      

将所有新价格输入相关预订系统,包括测试和实施。

2.Leveragethe communication with Rooms on checking room-type availability to maximizerooms sales, yield and average room rate through upselling and other inventoryand rate management initiatives.                                                                              

与房务部沟通并检查可售房型,从而将客房销量最大化,并通过增销平衡和管控房价。

3.Reinforcethe processing of individual and group reservations, rooming lists, waitlistsand other reservations according to the Resort Policies and Procedures.                             

根据酒店政策和操作程序处理散客预订、团队预订、分房表、等待清单以及其他预订。

4.Ensurethe proper handling of all overbooking situations and waitlisted business,working closely with the relevant departments.                                                   

确保正确处理超售和等待业务的情况,并和相关部门紧密合作。

5.Manageand enhance detailed knowledge of Opera System; ensure database ifprofessionally managed and kept up to date.                                                             

管理并加强对Opera系统的了解;确保能够专业地管理并及时更新数据库。

6.Ensurethe Resort, company and local rules, policies and regulations are adhered to,including credit and payment policies.                                                            

确保酒店和公司根据当地的政策条例开展业务,包括信贷和付款政策。

7.Manageall proposal and contract process from initial enquiry, quotation, negotiationtill contract stage for all group business markets; manage all inquiries withan immediate acknowledgement and followed by turnaround for proposals andquotes within 24 hours.                            

管理所有团队业务的报价和合同流程,包括从客人首次询价,酒店报价,协商到签订合同;即时应答并管理客人询价,并在24小时内跟进报价。

8.Enhancedetailed product knowledge of the Resort facilities and services; ensure allemployees maintain and updated awareness of the Resort product knowledge, salesand marketing promotions.                                                                           

加强酒店设施和服务相关的产品知识;确保所有的员工了解最新的产品知识和市场销售推广。

9.Ensurean efficient and accurate filing and tracing system, both manuals andelectronic; ensure all business booked is properly tracked. Ensure the use newtechnology and equipment is explored and implemented wherever appropriate.                                            

确保归档和查询系统的高效准确,同时需要纸质和电子版;确保可以追踪到所有的预订信息。发掘更多新科技和设备,并将其运用到适当的地方。

10.Followup on all matters in the absence of sales and marketing colleagues.                     

  一旦有市场销售部同事缺席,能及时跟进其手上的所有工作。

11.Participatein the preparation of Annual Commercial Plan. Achieve business goals budgetedin Annual Commercial Plan.                                                              

参与准备年度商业计划。并达到年度商业计划中的预期目标。

12.Participatein and contribute to all training sessions and meetings in the Resort asrequired.   

参与并投入到酒店要求的所有培训和会议。

13.Coordinatewith Resort Operations team to ensure the Residents expectations are fullycommunicated to ensure the delivery of the stay experience exceeds the Resident’svision effectively and efficiently. Work closely with the Rooms, Food andBeverage and other revenue generating departments to maximize the Resortrevenue through all sales and marketing activities.                                                                            

与酒店运作团队协调,不光满足住客期望,并且有效和高效的超越他们的期望。与房务部,餐饮部以及其他创收部门合作,从而通过市场销售活动使酒店收益最大化。

14.HandleResidents feedback and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, followingthrough to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

15.Ensureall contracts signed by Director of Sales and Marketing or on behalf of Salesand Marketing, according to the Resort’s and departmental Policies andProcedures.

TalentProfile任职资格:

1.High School and above

高中学历及以上

2.Approximately 2-3 years’ experience asSupervisor/Line Colleague

约2-3年预定主管/预定文员的工作经验

3.Excellent written and spoken Chinese andEnglish.

熟练的中英文口语和书写能力。

4.Good interpersonal & communicativeskills.

出色的人际交往和沟通能力。
