Position Overview：
职位描述：
To follow the job assignments inrepairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of allmechanical system which include cold & hot water supply system of theproperty, as well as the drainage system & fire extinguishing system,laundry plant and kitchen equipment etc, make sure all plants and equipment arefunctioning in optimum condition.
按照工作安排修理、安装、预防性维护和日常所有机械系统，包括酒店的冷热供水系统运行，以及排水系统、消防系统、洗衣房、厨房设备等，确保所有设备在最佳状态运行。

The Role；
岗位职责：
1.     Complywith Resort Operating standard, P&P and guideline to perform the tasks.
遵从度假酒店的运营标准、P&P政策和程序，及指导方针去执行任务。
2.     Familiarwith all mechanical systems, strictly following its instruction and requirementto operate.
熟悉所有的机械系统，严格按照操作指令和要求操作。
3.     Dailyinspection of the mechanical plants and equipment as scheduled. 
按计划每天检查机械装置和设备。
4.     Organizingmachinery services with the contractors.
跟供应商组织机器的保养服务。
5.     To keepthe maintenance tools and equipment in proper place and keep the workplaceclean and tidy.
将维修工具和设备保持在适当的地方，保持工作场所的整洁。
6.     To ensurethe log book is well prepared and handover is properly done before off duty.
确保做好值班日志并在下班前做好交接工作。
7.     Reactingand taking action immediately in case of emergency.
在紧急情况下立即做出反应并立即采取行动。
8.     To checkregularly the spare parts and report to supervisor.
定期检查零备件并报告给主管。

Talent Profile：
职位要求：
Education 学历:  High School and above. 
高中学历以上。
Experience经验:  1 yearabove experience or newly graduate from university.
要求1年以上工作经验或者大学应届毕业生。
Licenses orcertificates证书: Special operation certificate (Electrical operation) 
特种作业操作证（电工作业）
Grooming 仪容仪表: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well groomedappearance (specific standards available). 所有员工必须保持整洁干净的形象。
Other 其他: Basic English, StandardChinese. 基本英文，普通话。
