工作职责：
1、在工总工程师的领导下，协助做好工程部的管理工作，适时制定和完善部门各项管理制度以及突发事件的应急处理措施；
2、根据月度保养计划，安排保养各类设备；
3、检查员工工作质量及保养维修进度；
4、对员工进行技术指导；定期给员工做相关知识培训；
5、安排并带领员工处理突发事件；
6、遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作；
7、完成领导交办的其他工作。
资质要求：
1、中专以上学历，具备中高级职业资格证书及相关操作证；
2、有酒店或物业公司相关工作经验三年以上；
3、具有电气设备、空调设备安装、维修、审图等相关专业技能；
4、能够熟练使用WINDOWS、OFFICE软件；
5、良好的团队组织能力和人际沟通技能，能够和公司内部和外部的部门进行有效的沟通；
6、能承受工作压力，能够轮班。
