Job Scope
-Lead the team to manage wholly-owned E-commerce channels, including China website, WeChat booking engine, Brand Flagship stores on Fliggy and ctrip, etc.
-Set the sales and marketing strategy and plans for above E-commerce channels and lead the team to achieve target sales revenue. 
-Prepare strategies in loyalty member acquisition and production for the team to implement.
-Manage and fully utilize the CRM and CDP platform to perform targeted marketing and manage member/guest database
-Lead all loyalty program relative works in China cluster, including marketing, promotions, partnership, members, training, etc. 
-Influence serviced residences and hotels under Ascott China to adhere to program mechanisms and achieve individual property targets.
Responsibilities
-Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website and sales channel optimization
-Act as the owner of website and channel performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience. 
-Lead the team in 3rd party partnerships and work with various agencies to achieve system API interface
-Create and execute integrated marketing plans for new initiatives that sustain awareness and member engagement over time
-Track results and optimize marketing and promotion plans to achieve sales goals
-Review team action plans dedicated to each E-commerce channel
-Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed
-Provide weekly updates and monthly reports on E-commerce and loyalty program performance
-Generate individual campaign reports to share with the management in China
Requirements
-Knowledge of E-commerce, digital marketing terms
-Above 5 years of professional experience in CRM, CDP, E-commerce or related function with a leader position
-Strong command of both the English and Chinese languages (written and spoken)
-Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities. 
-Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
-High level of motivation, determination and commitment
-Good communication and team management skills
