岗位职责/职位描述

职位简介

根据公司业务拓展目标与需求,积极与公司定位匹配的合作伙伴进行养老公寓的项目拓展,包括资源开发、项目评估、业主关系维护、商务谈判、和项目的最终落实,拓展模式涵盖委托管理、租赁经营等。

 

主要工作职责

-依据公司业务拓展的目标与需求:

  • -开拓合作资源,梳理和筛选与公司定位匹配的合作方,与之对接并建立关系。

  • -与新加坡总部的养老业务团队及法国合资伙伴达美庭保持密切联系,积极做市场调研及调中国与亚太区的商业模式和运营概念

  • -与有合作意向的企业积极推进商务合作洽谈,并针对符合条件的项目出具正确的合作方案与建议,包括需求分析,市场/客户调研、品牌定位、财务测算、合作报价等。

  • -紧密持久地跟进项目的进展,同时发展和维护与合作方的关系,实现项目最终的落地。

  • -与现有的业务合作方维持良好的关系,协调处理合作后续事项、续约等事宜。

  • -协调内部资源为项目的推进提供高效的支持,促进各部门的紧密合作。


资质需求

-房地产、企业管理、财务管理或工程类相关专业,本科以上学历。

-2-5年酒店开发拓展、房地产开发拓展或相关行业工作经验。

-拥有一定的行业资源,能够独立开发合作渠道。

-对于养老住宿与年长者的生活素质感兴趣。

-具备良好的沟通与问题解决能力。

-工作认真,敬业,诚信。

-能承受工作压力,并能经常出差。


BriefIntroduction

To activelyconduct business development of Senior Living accommodation projects through sourcing,evaluating, relationship building, negotiating, and eventual signing inaccordance to Company’s target and requirements. Business development modelincludes Management Contracts and Leases.

 

MajorResponsibility

Inaccordance to Company’s BD target and requirements:

- Actively source for business development deals, choose and selectcompatible partners for collaboration and to establish relationship with them.

- Work closely with HQ Senior Living team in Singapore and Domitys JVPartner in Paris to research into, and finetune business model and operationsconcept for Senior Living in China and Asia Pacific.

- Engage in active discussion with potential partners on suitable projectsand to provide accurate and appropriate cooperation proposal, includingconducting market and customer research and analysis, brand positioning,financial modeling, contract terms, etc.

- Follow closely and constantly progress of project, establish strongrelationship with partners and to be responsible for eventual signing ofcontracts.

- Maintain good relationship with existing partners and to assist in anycollaboration issues, contract renewals, etc.

- Work closely with internal resources and departments to provide effectiveand efficient support to the project and partners.

 Requirements

-Bachelor’sdegree or above, preferably majoring in real estate, business, engineering andfinance.

-2-5 yearsworking experience in Hospitality/Real Estate Business -Development and relatedfields.

-Able to develop and source collaborationchannels and partners and possess a certain amount of related resources.

-Havea keen interest in senior accommodation solutions and seniors’ quality of life.

-Havegood communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

-Have right working attitude, integrity,trust-worthy.

-Able to withstand work pressure andconstant traveling.
