3. Facilitate a quick and efficient departure by ensuring that all guests leave happy with their stay. Ensures that guests have enjoyed their stay and deals with any issues to resolve them before the guest departs.
4. Leading the Guest Relations division, monitoring performance providing guidance and make decisions.
1. Minimum 2 years 5 star hotel same position working experience.
2. Very good oral and written English knowledge.
3. Good organizing and Time Management skills.
4. Independent, good judgement, initiative taker
