岗位概述

Job Summary

为酒店销售,市场及公关部员工制定工作计划及指导,并落实执行各部门工作计划和预算指标。通过酒店广告及公关计划增强酒店的知名度。制定市场及客户拓展计划以增加销售通路。始终贯彻市场策略的执行来增加客房率及提高酒店收入。

Provides functional direction to hotel sales, marketing, PR and reservation staff area to optimize opportunities through proactive planning and execution of the approved business plan and budget as well as marketing and sales plans. Direct and plan hotel advertising and PR plans to raise brand awareness. Implement corporate marketing program initiatives to drive incremental channel shift. Executes strategies which ultimately stimulate demand for roomnights, drive incremental revenues, stimulate product demand and achieve #1 or 2 RGI positioning among identified competitive set.


职责义务

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 监督并负责所有部门员工落实大中华集团制定的销售策略和政策。Responsible for the overall supervision of all Sales personnel in following sales policy and practice established by the GCH.
  • 协助总经理及市场销售团队定期总结工作项目的执行情况和更新市场销售计划,以达成年度区域目标并汇报与业主和股东。Works with General Manager and hotel sales and marketing team to review business projections and develop annual marketing/sales plans, which support annual area revenue goals and returns to owners and shareholders.
  • 参考市场销售部门预算合理分配开支。Reviews marketing and sales budgets and allocated expenditures to ensure most effective use of funds available to support business objectives.
  • 协助总经理及市场销售团队进行广告推广和销售促销活动计划,以达到酒店营业目标增加利润。Works with hotel General Manager and the corporate sales and marketing team in the development of advertising and sales promotions and plans, which support the achievement of profitability objectives.
  • 指导公关部门相关广告活动。Directs and reviews related advertising activities in conjunction and cooperation with the Public Relations Department.
  • 为销售策略的制定提供准确的市场导向并组织有效地区域性实践活动的,以确保房价及客房率达到预期指标。

Provides direction in the development of effective marketing and sales strategies and plans, to ensure rate and occupancy objectives are achieved. Keeps abreast of best practices in the region and tailors activities to achieve goals.

  • 针对业务需要,将所需培训项目通知培训部门,定期组织销售培训活动以提高销售技巧。Identifies and recommend sales training needs designed to improve the selling and customer service skills of sales staff. Collaborates with the training department in the assessment of operational staff and delivery of specialized training needs.
  • 定期总结前段时间工作情况,为下阶段工作做更好的准备。Reviews hotel performance against budget and establishes improvement action as necessary.
  • 确保收益管理系统的有效利用,在达到可售房平均房价的指标基础上,使收益最大化。Ensure effective use of yield management systems to maximize revenue opportunities in achieving Revpar targets.
  • 确保与酒店运作系统和技术和销售培训。Ensure synergy in the use of hotel operation systems, technology and sales practices and the sharing of best practices.
  • 与市场销售团队,客户和商业团体保持和发展良好的合作关系。Develops and maintains strong relationships with Sales and Marketing Team, customers, industry and the business community.
  • 有效参与并协调会展事宜并定期组织销售旅行以增进与旅行社中介,本地商务旅行客人和航空公司的联系。Co-ordinate and participate actively in trade-show and Sales trip events as identified to maintain close liaison with travel intermediaries, local business groups and airlines.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • 大学教育程度及市场专业A degree in Business Administration or related discipline
至少8年国际性酒店的相关工作经验Minimum 8 years experience in Marketing and Sales in an international hotel environment有进取心及良好形象Personable, aggressive and articulate良好的书写和口头交流技巧,英文及普通语言话流利Fluent in English and Putonghua with strong oral and written communication skills资深处理国际市场经验及对市场有很好的了解。Established relationships with key multinational accounts, commercial houses, travel agents and tour operators高度责任感、正直和诚恳An in-depth understanding of distribution and yield management. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
