基础职能

Responsible for organizing and distribution of works and direct supervision and co-ordination of all activities of the PA attendant as instructed by the Assistant Housekeeper (Public Area) to ensure clean, orderly and attractive hotel premises during his shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

Supervises and participates in the activities of Public Area Attendant engaged in cleaning all public areas except the Kitchen, in accordance with standard procedures and instructions of the Assistant Housekeeper – Public Area.
监督并参与公区服务员在公共区域的清洁工作（厨房以外），与酒店标准和助理管家（公共区域）指示的一样
Checks daily function orders; inspects blocked function rooms and other outlets for the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Provides plants when appropriate and as requested by the Banquet Manager to beautify the Function Rooms.
检查每天的工作指示；以高标准的要求检查会议室和其他区域。在适当的及由宴会厅经理要求的时候，提供植物花卉，布置宴会厅

Supervises directly cleaning of Public Area Attendant, ensures that standard procedures are followed; corrects mistakes/inadequacies.
监督公区服务员的直接清洁工作，确保以下标准：改正错误/差异

Attends promptly to complaints regarding Housekeeping services and equipment and takes necessary corrective action.

迅速出席关于客房部服务和设备的投诉，并采取必需的改正措施

Checks cleaning materials and equipment storeroom as to orderliness and completeness of cleaning supplies; controls consumption of cleaning materials.

检查清洁用品和设备储存秩序和完整，控制清洁用品的消耗量

Co-ordinates with other department line supervisors regarding Housekeeping activities in the public areas.

与其他部门主管协调客房部在公共区域的工作

Makes record daily of activities, problems, trouble reports and other relevant matters.

每天做好工作、出现的问题、困难和其他有关事情的记录

Inspects all garden areas, plants, trees inside and surrounding the hotel ensuring that they are properly maintained as per hotel standard.

检查所有的园区，植物和酒店的内外树木，确保它们得到适当的保养

Checks all garden tools and equipment as to orderliness, maintenance and completeness.

检查所有的园林工具和设备是否整齐，完好

Submits monthly reports and recommends measures for the improvement of garden maintenance.

呈报每月的报告和推荐园区的进一步保养措施

Trains staff in maintaining high standard of service and maintenance of all public areas.

培训员工保持高标准的服务及对公共区域的维护

Performs other related jobs that may be assigned.
