    Supervise Security employee to control the loss of hotel assets to the lowest maximum

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
Supervises and participates in maintaining constant surveillance of the entire hotel to detect potential sources of security problems, safety hazards and fire hazards:
监督及参与整个酒店的监控工作以找出潜在的安全问题、安全隐患和火灾隐患。
 
Ensure hotel is patrolled on a regular basis.
确保定期巡查酒店。
 
Ensures all hotel entrances are locked and unlocked as per hotel policy.
根据酒店政策确保酒店入口上锁或不上锁。
 
Maintains hotel key management procedures, and ensures that all keys are accounted for.
维护酒店钥匙管理程序，并确保管理所有钥匙。
 
Closes down food and beverage outlets each night.
每晚关闭各餐饮点。

Ensures all meeting and exhibition rooms are secured.
负责所有会议室及展览室的安保工作。
 
Completes daily security log, including pertinent information from the shift.完成每日安保记录，记录要包括各班的信息。 Handles complaints, investigates and thoroughly reports on customer or employee injuries, workers compensation claims, thefts, assaults, lost property, car accidents, loud parties, vandalism and other customer complaints as necessary:必要时处理投诉、调查和报告客人或员工受伤、员工赔偿要求、盗窃、袭击、财物遗失、交通事故、破坏行为及其他客人投诉。 Takes appropriate action on hotel cleanliness issues and general hotel services.为酒店清洁和总体服务采取恰当的行动。 Maintains responsibility for handling any emergency that would require partial or complete evacuation of the hotel in instances such as fire, armed robbery, severe injuries, power failure or bomb threats as necessary.根据需要负责处理酒店部分或全部疏散紧急情况，如火灾、持械抢劫、受伤严重、电源故障或炸弹威胁。
Provide employees with the information needed to perform their job effectively:

Orients employees to the department and hotel and provides on-the-job training on job responsibilities.向员工介绍部门和酒店信息，并且为其提供在职职位职责培训。 Prioritises and assigns work.工作分配。JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求Minimum of one - three years work experience in the hotel industry in Security至少具有1-3年酒店安全部的工作经验Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred至少具有一年管理经验High School Degree required高中学历以上Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee能够解决客人，主管以及员工之间的矛盾Advance knowledge of local security regulations了解当地安全条规的知识Good oral and written communication skills良好的口头和书写沟通能力To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Management of the hotel.无论店内或店外，执行管理层要求的其它相关责任和特殊计划。
