岗位职责/职位描述

Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, co-coordinating the activities of all laundry and linen  personnel and for ensuring efficient and economical processing of all guest and hotel laundry or dry-cleaning items.

负责计划、指导、控制、协调所有洗衣房和布草房员工的工作,并确保所有客衣和酒店水洗或干洗项目的有效性、节约性


  • Directs, co-ordinates and participates in the activities of all laundry personnel engaged in such activities as washing, dry-cleaning, pressing, spotting, collecting, delivering and checking guest and hotel laundry and dry-cleaning items.

    指导、协调、参与所有洗衣房员工的活动,包括:水洗、干洗、熨烫、局部去渍、收集、投递和检查客人及酒店的水洗和干洗项目


Plans and schedules the day-to-day work activities of laundry personnel, ensuring that all hotel and guest requirements are met, and taking into consideration occupancy and business forecast and preventive maintenance schedules.计划安排好洗衣房员工的每天工作,确保所有的酒店和客人需要,并重视占用率、商业预测和预防措施

Co-ordinates with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure and adequate supply of their requirements for linen and uniforms.与客房部和餐饮部做好协调工作以确保他们所需布草和制服的足够供应Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of laundry and dry-cleaning section and equipment and follows-up needed repairs with Engineering.确保水洗和干洗机器的清洁和保养,并向工程部跟踪汇报需要维修的项目Approves requisitions, maintenance orders, vacation/sick leaves and accomplishes monthly production report and other inter-departmental reports.批准相关请求、保养事项、员工假期并完成每月的产品报表和其他部门内部报表Attends to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries.倾听客人的投诉、需要和请求Examines, when necessary, clothes and other guest items to determine how they should be processed and gives appropriate instructions to the personnel concerned.在需要时,做好衣物和其他客衣项目的测试,以决定洗涤程序并给予员工适当的指示说明Trains personnel according to established procedures; conducts training meetings to discuss problems and future plans, gives information and assignments.根据已建立的程序做好员工培训;主持培训会议参与讨论问题和进一步的计划,给予信息和安排Reviews complaints and remedial action taken on equipment breakdowns and other notable activities and events occurring in his absence then takes remedial action or follows-up when necessary.重审投诉、损坏机器的维修措施及其他值得注意的事项,然后采取补救措施Inspects daily guest laundry supervisor’s checklist to ensure that all guest items have been properly processed.检查每天客衣清洗的检查表以确保所有项目已在洗涤中
