Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, co-coordinating the activities of all laundry and linen personnel and for ensuring efficient and economical processing of all guest and hotel laundry or dry-cleaning items.

Directs, co-ordinates and participates in the activities of all laundry personnel engaged in such activities as washing, dry-cleaning, pressing, spotting, collecting, delivering and checking guest and hotel laundry and dry-cleaning items.
