Responsible for co-coordinating the activities of all Public Area; for ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, orderliness and beautification of all public areas except the Kitchen to conform with Hotel standards.

Trains all Public Area personnel in maintaining high standard of service and maintenance of all public areas.

Co-ordinates with other line department managers in scheduling general cleaning/maintenance of function rooms, lobbies, offices, back-of-the house areas.与其他部门协调好大清洁的时刻表，包括会议室、大堂、办公室和酒店后台区域Checks daily Function blockings prior to guests’ arrival.在顾客到达前检查每天的负责区域Checks from time to time all public areas and personnel at work.随时检查所有公共区域和员工的工作
