职位描述
Duties 工作任务:
协助预定部经理管理部门内部工作,确保预定的精准度,以预见性的销售技巧使客房销售获得更大的效益。
Responsibility 主要职责:
- Responsible for deputizing the Reservation Manager, ensuring the maximization of room revenue and profit and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service within the department.
协助预定部经理获得最大化客房收益,保持一贯高标准的对客服务。
- Assists in supervising, training, co-ordination and directing all aspects of Reservation Department.
协助部门进行内部管理、培训,对部门内部的各个方面进行协调和指导。
- Ensures implementation of all instructions coming from Reservation Manager.
确保预定部经理下达的各项指令顺利执行。
- Ensures a consistent high standard of presentation is maintained for both the department and its personnel.
确保部门成员保持一贯高标准的工作态度。
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel. UP selling belongs to highest priority.
最大限度销售酒店的客房获得收益,尽可能向客人销售更好的房型。
- Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain and awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.
确保随时采取销售的态度,保持对酒店任何销售机会的意识。
- Assists in the preparation of statistical, performance and forecast reports as required to facilitate annual budget preparation.
在准备统计、业绩和预测报告中予以协助,为年度预算作铺垫。
- Check next few days’ arrival and communicate them to the reservations team.
检查后几天的预定并与部门成员进行交流和沟通。
- Check Peaks and Danger days on a weekly basis and advise the Reservation Manager of any changes or trends relating to business.
以周为基础检查高峰和危险的时日,并将任何有关业务的变更或趋势告知预定部经理。
- Ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.
确保所有被拒绝的业务及拒绝的原因都被记录在案。
- Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
坚持对所有公司的信贷政策,以确保收到所有的预计收入。
- Assist Reservation Manager to pre-set availability and rate controls both in OnQ system.
协助预定部经理在OnQ系统中进行房态预设和价格控制。
- Ensure a high level of produce knowledge of the hotel and local area.
确保自身对酒店产品及当地情况有很深的了解。
- Assist Reservation Manager to maintain and update guest history and marketing database as laid down in the reservations procedures.
协助预定部经理按照预定程序保持和更新客史和市场数据库。
- Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
确保提供一贯高标准的对客服务。
- Assist Reservation Manager to ensure that a consistent and high level of team orientation and training is provided.
协助预定部经理确保提供一致和高水平的团队指导和培训。
- Encourage reservation team member to up-sell Executive rooms and Suites, maximizing the up-selling revenue.
鼓励团队成员销售行政客房和套房,最大化的提高收入。
- Observe and evaluate team member on a regular basis and assist them in any way possible.
对团队成员进行定期评估和观察,以任何可能的方式帮助他们。
- Check and take action for all the No-show, Waitlist, Trace Reports & profiles added reports etc.
对No-show、后补预定、工作执行报表以及前一天新建的客户资料 报表进行检查并采取相措施
- Ensure all incoming reservations are acted. Check the quality of reservations, filing, telephone skills and outgoing communication.
确保所有预定被预定好,检查预定、文件归档、电话技巧和与外界的沟通的质量。
- Responsible for the reservation department in absence of the Reservation manager.
在预定部经理不在的情况下对部门负责。
- Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
遵守所有与预定有关的公司政策。
- Comply with all systems and procedures, as laid down by management.
要以协助预定部经理始终确保预定和培训的最高质量为首要任务。
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel. UP-selling belongs to highest priorities
力求使酒店的收入和利润最大化,向客人推荐更好的房型是工作的首要职责。
- Performs duties of secretarial nature including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, sending faxes, telexes etc.
负责秘书日常工作,包括准备函电,整理文件,收发传真,邮件等。
- Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel. Liaise and follow up with support departments.
工作中需时刻饱有良好的销售态度和积极的销售意识,联络并跟进业务相关部门的工作。
- Quality of reservations belongs to top priorities.
确保高质量的预定是工作的首要职责。
- Advise Reservations Manager of any changes or trends relating to business.
向预定部经理汇报所有业务变更及业务变更趋势。
- Ensure all refused business is recorded with reason for refusal.
记录所有被拒绝业务及被拒绝原因。
- Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and up-dated information.
确保所有信函内容均已及时更新,正确无误,并相应归档。
- Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
遵循酒店与公司的信贷细则,确保所有费用均可如期收到。
- Maintain and update guest history and marketing database in accordance with the reservations procedures manual.
按照预定程序,维护并更新客人历史资料及销售数据。
- Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
熟知所有公司与酒店签订合同中与预定有关的条款。
- Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Reservation manager
掌握所有系统与程序的使用,如有问题告知预定部经理。
- Confirm availability control and overbooking decisions with the Reservation Manager.
确认入住率,与预定部经理确认超额预定。
- Ensure all the reservation input in system are accurate with sufficient back up for review
确保所有录入系统预定的准确,及时做有效的复查
- Meet all deadlines set by the management.
能在要求期限内完成工作。
- Brand Standard has to be strictly followed.
严格执行品牌服务标准.
