1. To arrive on duty punctually in a clean and smart appearance.
2. To behave in a sober and orderly manner and to co-operate with fellow employees and colleagues to provide efficient work within the hotel.
3. To build and efficient team of staff, and ensure continued improvement by taking an active interest in the welfare, safety, development and motivation of staff.
4. Responsible to ensure all established standards and procedures for JING are supervised and met at all times (according to operation manual and direct instruction of F&B management).
5. Responsible to develop an adequate training plan and train staff to maintain and improve standard of service.
6. Responsible for all equipment, related to service in the outlet. Ensure proper handling, storage and use of equipment by all staff at all times. Implement and follow through of specific training on equipment handling and knowledge.
7. Ensure total cleanliness of both the outlet as well as back of house related to the restaurant. Liaises very closely with Housekeeping and Engineering department to ensure cleaning and maintenance at all times.
8. Ensures that the outlets grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
9. Responsible to establish, develop and maintain adequate guest relation in the outlet, followed by all staff.
10. Responsible to build up a guest database, in order to provide recognition for return customers and to further use as a marketing tool to increase awareness and patronage.
11. Responsible to establish, supervise and follow through on an efficient, warm and courteous service in the outlet at all times.
12. Supervises the day to day functioning of all employees, facilities sales and related cost of the outlet.
13. Responsible for daily briefing of the JING staff about new menus, wine vintages, promotions, internal news, etc.
14. Assign stations and make preparing the working schedule.
15. Conducts under the guidance of the DOFB, ADOFB, such functions as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, on-the job performance, coaching, counseling, and suspension if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
16. Permanently strives to increase revenues, improve service and comes up with appropriate suggestions.
17. Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the outlets.
18. Ensures a good relation between kitchen, service as well as stewarding employees, in order to provide a smooth and well-organized working environment and service.
19. Control stocks of equipment as well as food & beverages for daily use in restaurants according to established par stocks to ensure service requirements are met.
20. Schedules guest reservations and arrange for private parties.
21. Conducts all administrative work required, including, but not limited to 
a. Attendance records
b. Duty roster
c. Guest card
d. Log book
22. Follows all instructions and directions given by the management and ensures all are communicated to all staff in a proper and professional way.
23. Ensure that hotel policies are explained to staff and are correctly applied.

7. 保证餐厅及后台的清洁卫生。与客务部和工程部保持紧密联系，以确保餐厅的整洁及设备的完好。
8. 确保员工的仪容仪表在任何时候都保持高标准。
9. 建立并维护与客人良好的关系，并且让所 有的员工都能自觉去做好这项工作。
10. 建立客人资料库，方便员工给常来的客人提供服务并且建立相应的市场。
11. 保证餐厅在任何时间都能够给客人提供高效、优质的服务。
12. 负责每日管理所有的员工，餐厅的销售及餐厅相关的成本。
13. 负责每日把相关信息传达给餐厅的员工。比如：新菜单、酒、食品节的内容，等等。
14. 分派餐厅各区域的工作并且制定工作时间表。
15.在餐饮部总监和餐饮部副总监的管理下工作。另外，也要参与一些:诸如面试新员工，给员工上入店教育课，给员工的工作表现作出评估等工作，以确保餐厅里有适当的人员和生产力。
16. 努力增加餐厅收入，提高服务水平并且能够提出一些恰当的建议。
17. 参与餐厅的服务是非常有必要的，以便餐厅达到一致的要求。
18. 确保厨房、餐厅、管事部之间有良好的工作关系，以便工作能在一个和谐，有序的环境中进行。
19. 根据餐厅每日食品及饮料的用量和定量来控制进货量，来维持餐厅的每日所需。
20. 妥善安排客人的预定及私人宴会。
