岗位职责：

1.负责编制主体及酒店所需餐具和用具的年度预算。

2.根据餐具的盘点情况，负责于采购部门沟通，提出器具购置计划，保证及时补充餐具。

3.制作清洁公共卫生时间表，包括对虫害的控制, 对厨房设备, 洗碗机，制冰机等及垃圾区域每天的清洁。

4.保持高标准的个人卫生，同时对管事团队强制实施卫生标准。

5.管理管事部的所有运营操作，以合理控制部门成本并保持高质量的卫生标准。

6.根据部门要求，为管事部员工提供培训，每日监督和指导员工的工作技能培训以提高部门生产力，满足高质量标准。

7.监督管理破损情况，制定相关报告，同时采取必要行动以控制和减少破损、

8.完成上级领导交代的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.3年以上本岗位工作经验，酒店从业经验者优先。

2.熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法。

素质能力：有强烈的责任心、沟通能力和表达能力。

3.熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法；

4.身体健康，精力充沛。
