岗位职责
1.带领下属会计员遵守财经纪律，执行财务制度，严格执行《会计法》。2、负责集团下属够公司税务申报和年终汇算清缴等；
3.根据集团要求，编制会计凭证、月度、季度、年度财务报表；
4、维护及协调集团与银行、工商局、税务局等机构的良好关系；
5、做好财务文件的整理、归档和保管；
6、完成领导交办的其他任务
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，财务会计专业毕业，有会计职称者或有两年以上相关工作经验者，优先考虑；2、熟悉办公软件及财务软件如金蝶、用友，熟悉银行、锐务、工商的工作流程，有房地产业会计经验优先考虑；
3.工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。
4.为人诚实可靠，品质正直，有吃苦耐劳的精神。5、试用期3个月
