1、协助部门经理做好日常事务工作，做好部门经理的助手，努力完成经理布置的各项工作任务，直接向部门经理负责。

2、熟悉各个岗位业务技能，根据各岗位需要，进行实质性引导和培训。

3、努力提高酒店竞争意识，提高业务管理水平，办事积极、认真负责、讲求效率，树立全心全意为宾客服务、确保宾客安全的思想，作风正派，不谋私利，有勇于献身的精神。

4、督导各级保安员履行其职责，具体检查各项保安措施的落实，指导开展群众性安全防范工作。

5、具体处理当值期间发生的顾客或员工违法乱纪问题，并负责分管本部员工的培训和考核。

6、负责消防防范布置及检查工作。

7、根据当日情况，合理分配日常工作安排，确保各岗位尽职尽责。

8、完成酒店领导及上级业务部门交办的各项临时性保安工作。

9、12小时工作制，月休4天，有相关工作经验者、持有中级消防证书者优先。
