【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店房务部门的运营管理，包括前厅部、客房部、洗衣房等，确保各部门高效协作，提供优质的客户服务。
2、制定并执行房务部门的年度预算、工作计划及运营标准，确保成本控制与服务质量达标。
3、监督客房清洁、布草管理、设施维护等工作，确保客房卫生、安全及舒适度符合酒店标准。
4、优化房务工作流程，提升服务效率，处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护酒店声誉。
5、负责房务部门员工招聘、培训、绩效考核及团队建设，提升员工专业素养与服务意识。
6、定期分析房务运营数据（如入住率、客户满意度等），提出改进措施并落实执行。
7、与其他部门（如销售、工程、安保等）密切配合，确保酒店整体运营顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2、3年以上高星级酒店房务管理经验，熟悉前厅、客房等房务部门运作流程。
3、具备出色的团队管理能力，能有效调动员工积极性，提升团队绩效。
4、精通酒店管理系统，熟练使用办公软件，具备数据分析能力。
5、责任心强，注重细节，具备优秀的沟通协调能力及突发事件处理能力。
6、年龄30-40岁，身体健康，能适应高强度工作及轮班安排。
