岗位职责
1、执行主管的工作指示，协助主管的日常工作。
2、参与各项服务活动，发现问题及时纠正。
3、检查员工的仪表仪容、劳动纪律、行为规范和工作态度，使之达到部门要求。
4、掌握酒店各项优惠政策和房价政策，了解客房状况和出租率。
5、检查预订资料及ＶＩＰ通知单，合理安排宾客的入住。
6、确保入住登记单详细、准确、清晰，符合有关部门的规定。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2、熟悉前台的各项业务。
3、精通前台的各项接待程序，沟通能力较强，解决工作中的各种疑难，处理各种投诉。
4、性格开朗，有良好的个人修养，工作认真负责，作风正派。
