岗位职责
1.负责酒店中央冷水机组等设备运行积极配合维修工做好设备维护保养工作。
2.按巡检制度根据外界天气变化及时进行空调工况调节。
3.掌握设备运行的技术状况，发现问题立即报告值班工程师或专业工程师。
4.按保养规程做好机房内分管设备、阀门、管道、水泵日常及月度保养工作。
5.设备开、停必须及时转换运行状态牌，尤其是接到维修停台通知后，应立即挂检修牌。
6.记录设备开、停时间，停台修理原因和停台开始及恢复正常状态时间
岗位要求
1.大专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.身体健康,视力良好。
3.沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,思路清淅,反应敏捷。
