Obsessing over Customer Experience 客户体验
1. Show and demonstrate the Asian hospitality to all internal and external customers through professional manner and in the Shangri-La Way.
以专业的、香格里拉的待客之道对待每一位客人，无论是外部客人还是内部客人。 
2. Own the success, pioneer the new benchmark of hospitality, through committed service, driving innovation and great ideas.

Functionality: 业务职责
1. Responsible for the relevant goals and responsibilities when exposure to relevant functions. 
在轮岗实习的过程中，在相应的部门学习时，承担相应岗位的目标和职责。
2. Taking roles and responsibilities when assigned to the relevant function. 
定岗实习的过程中，承担该岗位的目标和职责。 
Projects: 项目
1. Taking roles in operation projects at hotel level 
在酒店参与运营的相关项目
2. Taking corporate implementation projects at hotel level 　
在酒店参与集团项目落地的相应工作。　
Learning and Development：
1. As the management trainee, complete all learning programs, mentoring and coaching sessions, project based learning and other development activities. 
作为管培生，需要高质量完成所有的学习课程、教练和辅导、项目和行动学习以及相关学习与发展项目。　
2. Relocate to the relevant location to complete the exposure, project or learning. 
根据实习或项目要求，变更工作地点，实地完成学习内容和项目任务。
基本要求
PHYSICAL 外表：-Neat and pleasant appearance. 仪表整洁 -Articulate. 表达力强-Good Health. 身体健康LANGUAGES 语言：- Oral and written fluency in English and Chinese熟练的中英文口语及书面表达能力；
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING学历/培训：
-Bachelor’s degree and above统招大学本科学历以上 No major limitation专业不限
最好具备
-Accredited Universities. 重点优质大学毕业
-Hotelrelated major 酒店相关专业背景
WORK EXPERIENCE工作经验:
-Up to 3 years’ experience after graduation毕业后三年以内工作经验
