DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Relations Officer / Executive

- Take charge of all Golden Circle members and VIP guests.

- Ensure an unparalleled hotel experience for all guests.

- Provide assistance and support to guests in need.

- Actively engage with guests to elevate their overall satisfaction.

- Craft an extraordinary and memorable experience for every guest

F&B Hostess (Guest Service Agent)

- Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Deliver high-quality service.

- Ensure seamless functioning of the designated work section.

- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Cultivate an exceptional experience for our valued guests.

Butler/personal Host

- Provide personalized services to guests.

- Always around to attend to the needs of thew guests.

- Cooperate with different departments such as FO, F&B, Rooms to meet guest needs.

- Play a key role in organizing, arranging, and ensuring guets are made comfortable in the hotel.
