1.  Follow all company policies and procedures.

2.  Responsible in achieving the Catering andBanquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
负责完成餐饮宴会销售目标和酒店的收入目标。
3.  Develops strong rapport and builds businessrelationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
通过与客户的沟通，并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
4.  Assists the Director of Event Booking Centerin the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
协助宴会销售总监开发并制作销售计划，并准备预算。
5.  Manages and administers the Catering andBanquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks arecompleted according to standard and in time.

6.  Coordinates with departments concerned toensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customerexpectations.
