	Ensure day to day operational efficiency of the section

	Delegate tasks to public area cleaners. Prepare work schedules and assignments of public area staff under his / her responsibility. 
安排PA员工工作，准备工作计划明确员工职责。
	Ensure staff under his / her jurisdiction perform their duties and responsibilities according to approved systems and procedures. 
确保员工在主管的指导下，按酒店的标准去完成工作。
	Give additional assignments over and above regular duties, if required.
能在被要求的情况下承担额外的工作并分派给员工。 
	Conduct daily inspection of areas of responsibility. 
负责公共区域的日常检查 
	Ensure all restaurants, Food and Beverage outlets, conference and meeting rooms are cleaned properly and in order, prior to the opening of the same to the public.  Follow up and spot check for satisfactory completion of work assignments. 
确保餐厅，营业场所，会议室，宴会厅都是干净整洁的，对于安排的工作进行跟进和检查。
	Ensure all executive and back of the house offices are clean and in order before the staff occupying these offices report for work. 
在员工到岗前确保所有行政办公室和后办公室的清洁。
	Ensure all public restrooms and toilets are clean, in order and with complete supplies and guest amenities.
确保所有的客用厕所干净及备品充足。 
	Report to the housekeeping manager any loss and damage of furniture, fixtures or equipment or any unusual happening on area of jurisdiction.
任何发生在公共区域的物品设备设施及异常情况都应向经理报告。
