1.熟知会议及宴会销售标准  Is fully aware of Conference & Banquet Sales standards；
2.监管团体业务中的销售及服务  Oversees in-house selling and servicing of group business；
3. 维护及管理回头客的活动  Maintains and supervises activities for accounts with repeat business；
4. 达到并超越房间销售的预算期望  Achieves (exceeds.)budget expectations in rooms market segments ；
5.达到并超越宴会销售预算期望  Achieves (exceeds) budget expectations for catering and banquet；
6.管理所有宴会及会议的预定 Permanent control of all catering and convention bookings (OPT, TEN, DEF, LOS)；
7. 采取预见性措施，保持并发展业务 Permanent control of forecast figures for action steps in time to secure and convert the business；
8. 组织活动为市场销售办公室及相关销售人员增进联系，消除隔阂 Establishes an event and need period calendar for divisional offices and field sales to fill gaps；
9.参加并主持宴会/会议销售及部门晨会 Attendance and leading of yield,  conference/banquet sales and morning meetings；
10.参加信贷、收入、部门领导及销售会议 Attendance of credit, revenue, department head and sales meetings；
11. 制定、分析及评价会议及宴会员工主要绩效目标 Creates, analyses and reviews key performance objectives of Conference & Banquet  staff；
12.以高收益战略来优化业务成果 Implements yield strategies to optimize business results；
13.参加客户的活动（即，经理人酒会，考察旅行/访问） Attendance of client events (i.e.  Managers Cocktail, familiarization trips/visits) ；
14.与团体、旅行销售及卡尔森国际销售办公室密切沟通 Close communication with Corporate and Travel sales as well as Carlson worldwide sales offices；
15.与新老客户建立良好的关系 Establishes and maintains close relationship to existing and new customers；
16.控制并分析团队客人及大型活动的消费率并制定应对措施 Control and analyse conversion rate of groups and events business with action steps；
17. 制定会议及宴会的战略计划  Generates a strategic plan for conference and banquet ；
18.进行员工绩效考核 Conducts staff performance reviews；
19.制作假期排班并将加班时间控制在最低 Controls holiday planning and keep overtime hours as low as possible ；
20. 开发特别项目达到更高的销售收入（例如，提高平均房价） Innovates special programs, to achieve a better result (e.g. average rate increase)；
21.分析目前和潜在市场以及其发展趋势，协调一切能够拓展业绩的活动 Analyzes the current and potential markets and trends, coordinates all activities to convert more business；
22.协助制定年度收入计划 Assists in establishing the yearly revenue plan；
23.制定部门目标并分析其结果 Establishes departmental goals including analyzing the outcome；
24.与公司、旅游销售部门合作进行销售活动 Conduct sales activities in cooperation with Corporate and Travel Sales departments；
25.控制宴会地点并和其他合作者保持密切关系 Control catering locations and keep a close relationship to location partners and vendors；
26.支持市场销售总监的会议及宴会销售 Supports the DOSM in marketing aspects concerning Conference & Banquet sales；
27. 支持会议和宴会间的交叉销售 Support the cross selling between conference and banquet events；
28.按要求记录所有的销售拜访 Ensures exit Interviews with all clients and the input into Opera as per guidelines；
29.熟知酒店品牌标准 Is fully aware of the hotel’s brand standards；
29.完成上级部署的相关职责和特别项目活动 Performs related duties and special projects assigned；
30. 熟知消防、人身安全及其他安全标准，熟知信贷政策 Is Fully aware of fire, life and safety standards is fully aware of the Credit Policy；
