  1. The Marketing and Communication Manager performs her duties within the framework defined by the chain, hotel norms and by internal rules and regulations as specified by Director of Sales & Marketing.

    遵循集团和下属酒店所列的各项规定及本酒店的规章制度,在市场销售总监具体指导下,履行自己的职责

  2. The Marketing and Communication Manager draws up the Public Relation action, advertising and media plan on an annual basis for the hotel.

  3. 每年为酒店制定公关及媒体宣传计划。Ensures that stationary and printed items are standardized and conforms to the PULLMAN standards.

  4. 确保所有文具和印刷品完全符合铂尔曼品牌标准。

  5. Sets in conjunction the PR strategy of the hotel.

  6. 制定酒店公关策略。

  7. Attends all official functions as a representative of the hotel.

  8. 代表酒店参加所有官方活动。

  9. Receives all V.I.P. guests of the hotel.

  10. 接待酒店所有的重要人物。

  11. Closely coordinate social events in the hotel.

  12. 紧密协调在酒店举行的社交活动。

  13. To assist opening of/or general PR efforts of other hotels in the chain.

    协助其它连锁酒店开展公关活动。

  14. Organize regular visits by professional persons from the media and members of the trade to the hotel.

  15. 定期组织新闻界和商界人士参观酒店。

  16. Closely observes matters pertaining to PR activities of the hotel and other hotels (competitors) on a regular basis.

  17. 关注涉及本酒店和其它酒店公共关系活动。

  18. Organizes both internal and external PR activities. e.g. inter-departmental or in-house activities.

  19. 组织店内外公关活动,例如部门内或店内活动。

  20. Organize and host the Cocktail party and Thank you party of the hotel for key guests.

  21. 组织并主持专为重要客户举行的鸡尾酒会或答谢会等。

  22. To arrange press conference and press interviews as and when required.

  23. 必要时安排记者招待会或记者采访。

  24. Supervise the maintenance of a mailing list consisting of a record of former and existing clients of the hotel.

  25. 监督保存原有和现有客户的通讯地址和联系方法。

  26. Present a summary of visits to the General Manager on a regular basis.

  27. 定期向总经理提交拜访总结报告。

  28. The Marketing and Communication Manager maintains contact with professional people, members of the press/media both local and international and any other persons who are clients or potential clients of the hotel.

  29. 与国内外新闻界人士以及酒店其他有潜力客户保持联系。

  30. The Marketing and Communication Manager keeps herself well informed about the product (lodging, catering, facilities and others).

  31. 密切关注酒店情况(住宿,餐饮,设施和其它)

  32. Must be familiar with the operation and application of the hotel computer system especially print out of V.I.P. guest listings.

  33. 熟悉酒店电脑系统运作,尤其要列出重要客人名单。

  34. Ensure optimum publicity is created for all major hotel happenings.

  35. 确保酒店的每次宣传都有助于为酒店建立良好的声望。

  36. Supervise taking of photographs and prepare news release of events undertaken by the hotel.

  37. 管理有关为酒店拍照撰写的新闻事宜。 

  38. Defines precisely VIP guests requirements and ensures that the services offered corresponds effectively to the guests requirements.

    明确重要客人的需求,确保服务使客人满意。

  39. Answers to complaints from clients, guests and the general public.

  40. 回复客户或其他公众的投诉。

  41. Prepare in-house bulletins, newsletters and guest information.

  42. 负责准备酒店店内的宣传公报和客户信息。

  43. Preparation and selection of all printed literature, sales tools, hotel give-away with GM .

  44. 协同总经理准备和挑选印刷作品、销售刊物和酒店赠品。

  45. Revises and updates the press kit both in English and Mandarin.

  46. 修改及更新中、英文的刊物。

  47. Compiles monthly guest comments.

  48. 每月收集客户意见。

  49. Responsible for distribution of English and Mandarin press releases to both local and regional magazines and newspapers.

  50. 有责任在国内、外报刊杂志上发表中、英文文章。

  51. Maintains regular schedules for press visits and visits to clients.

  52. 保留拜访新闻界和客户的记录。

     Draws up the PR action and advertising plan for the entertainment.

  53. 制定公关宴请计划和广告宴请计划。

    The Marketing and Communication Manager maintains contact, coordinates with all other departments of the hotel, and may have contact with other PR Managers at a regional level. The Marketing and Communication Manager ensures the smooth operation of the MCOM office.

  54. 保持与酒店其他部门的联系与合作,同时与本地区其他公关经理保持联系。还要确保本部门运作正常。

    The Marketing and Communication Manager may be called upon to undertake activities outside her own area and to publicize hotels other than her own for specific programs.

  55. 有责任承担职责范围外活动的责任,并在某些活动中宣传集团其它酒店。

     Maintain good relationship with all clients.

  56. 与所有员工保持良好的关系。
