1.Clean and prepare bar.
2.To serve beverage orders according to the established service sequences and procedures, in the Departmental Operations Manual.
3.To be familiar with menu and beverage terminology.
4.Ensure sufficient quantities of glassware and bar utensils are available prior to the opening of the bar.
5.To prepare mise-en-place and perform side duties.
6.Obtain adequate stock from stockroom as per request sheet.
7.Perform other related duties and special projects as required by the superiors both within and outside the hotel.
