1.Implement the Hotel's preventive maintenance program for your areas of responsibility (including life safety equipment), as instructed by the department's management and ensure tasks are completed competently and within a given time.
2.To ensure through continuously physically inspecting and testing all systems within the Hotel, an excellent knowledge of the systems is developed and implementation of standard procedures, the highest standard of maintenance is achieved.
3.Ensure that at the start of each shift you obtain a copy of the function list for the day and be aware of guest services operating times and keep these items on your person at all times of your shift.
4.Ensure all banquet/functions are setup and tested at least half an hour before commencement, or as per requirement from the organizer.
5.Through continuously searching for new ideas and product improvements, guest and colleagues demands are met.
