2.当班时按照要求，帮忙负责前厅部各个部门的运转（前台、行政俱乐部、礼宾部、话务中心、 互联中心、 健身中心、车队）。
1.As a representative of Senior Management, the Assistant Manager will be called upon to deal with guest problems or complaints. In dealing with these situations, the Assistant Manager must ensure that they use tact and diplomacy and remain within the organizational policy in rectifying these situations.
2.To assist all area in the Front Office whilst on duty during the night as required. (Eg: Reception、Executive Club 、Call Center, ,Concierge, and Connectivity Lounge , Fit Center，Transportation).
3.Be fully conversant with all emergency procedures and follow the instructions of the emergency procedures whenever applicable.
4.To ensure constantly aware of and up to date with all happenings and operations within the hotel and ensure to have an obvious presence throughout the hotel public area whilst on duty.
5.Inspect Back-of-the-house, lobby, restaurant and the other guest areas, including the parking area, and inform departments concerned of findings and check the hotel vehicles.
6.Have a complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and all Front Office Sections.
7.To be knowledgeable on Night Audit procedure and its’ Opera operation. Ensure a smooth and accurate process of the Night Audit.
