岗位职责
1、中层管理职位，负责制订其职责内主要目标和计划；
2、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
3、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
4、更新改造计划且督促执行，保证酒店设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。
5、负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
6、根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划。
7、负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。
8、分析工程项目报价单，对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收。
任职资格
1.大专以上文化程度；5年以上同岗位工作经验；
2.必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产方面的政策与法规；
3.能充分领会上级的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转；
4.有强烈的事业心与责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。
