SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :

1. Benefit & Welfare Administration

员工福利管理

(1) Administer associate benefits scheme and programmes systematically on a timely basis.

定期系统地管理员工的福利计划和项目。

(2) Enrol / remove associates to / from all government mandatory insurance schemes on a time basis.

定期为员工加入/移交所有政府规定的社会保险。

(3) Administer workmen’s compensation claims and insurance claims.

管理员工的赔偿要求和保险要求。

(4) Conduct orientation to new associates on benefits related items.

为新员工辅导相关的福利事宜。

(5) Maintain an accurate tracking system for significant dates (birthdays, awards, long service awards, etc).

为重要的日期维护一个准确的追踪系统（员工生日、获奖、长期服务等）。

(6) Monitor and update leave records and related personnel activities on HRMIS.

在人事系统中监督和更新员工的请假记录和相关的人事变动。

(7) Prepare gift / cash for staff marriage and / or bereavement and verify cases.

为员工的婚礼及/或亲人去世准备礼物（慰问品）/现金并核实该事件。

2. Administer payroll procedures

管理薪资发放程序

(1) Verify monthly attendance with records in HRMIS before payroll cut off day.

在薪资发放日前在人事系统中核实月度员工出勤记录。

(2) Calculate and check accuracy of overtime payment.

计算和检查加班结付的准确性。

(3) Check accuracy of associates day off and various leave in the HRMIS.

在人事系统中检查员工本休和各种休假的准确性。

3. Administer the process for internal associate movements

管理内部员工人事变动的进程

(1) Arrange the new ambassadors on boarding process, and ambassador resignation process.

安排新员工入职报到,及员工离职办理程序.

(2) Update and post internal movement announcement on associate notice board.

更新并在布告栏发布内部调职通告。

(3) Maintain and update personnel profile record (recruitment, promotion, transfer, termination, personal data, salary adjustment, turnover, etc) in both the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and individual personnel files.

在人事系统和员工个人档案中维护和更新员工个人的档案记录（招聘、晋升、调职、合同终止、个人信息、薪资调整、人员流动等）。

(4) Initiate timely process for exit associates (transfer of files, employment certification, etc.)

为离店员工及时进行档案转移、工作证明的开具等。

(5) Government Work: Employee Social Insurance/Housing Provident Fund/Calculating Hours Application/Steady Post Allowance, etc. Familiar with the Shiji Network system.
