岗位职责

1. To maintain a highcustomer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always inmind.

4. To contribute ideas andsuggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel.

能够提出对酒店的运作及环境有益的意见或建议。

5. To manage the activitiesof both guest laundry, Food & Beverage linen, room linen and Staff uniform.

管理有关客人送洗物品、餐饮部布草、房间布草和员工制服的清洗工作。

6. To check washing formulasand make corrections and improvement whenever necessary.
检查清洗程序及方式并在必要时进行纠正和改进。

7. To confer withmaintenance mechanics regarding repairs and replacement problems.

与维修人员协商解决机器设备的维修和更换问题。

8. To oversee laundry officefunctions including production reports, schedules and other records.

检查洗衣房工作报表、日程表和其它记录以督促其正常运转。

9. To supervise and direct the functions of the valet department.

监督管理熨烫的工作。

10. To consult with supply agent for new invented chemical for dry clean and laundry for best results.

与供应商商讨新设备事宜以使洗衣服务达到最佳效果。

11. To establish productionstandards` records and training techniques.

建立生产标准记录和培训技巧。

12. To regulate the manning according to the work load.

调整人员安排以符合工作量的需要。

13. Flexible with working hours, able to work day shift, evening shift, week – ends and public holidays.

能够适应变动的工作时间，要求能上早班和夜班，并可在周末和公共假日上班
