2. Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of ourassociates by providing them with the training & resources to take care ofour guests.

3. Assistin developing and enforcing standards, policies and procedures in the foodservice, restaurants and beverage areas.

4. Attainhigh sanitation standards throughout the Food and Beverage operation byenforcing Marriott’s policy Checklist.
严格依据万豪政策要求执行餐饮部部门的各项工作
5. Assistin the development and execution of plans and actions for the improvement &marketing of Restaurant outlet offerings.
协助并提高每个餐厅的销售和各部门的发展
7. Assist  in developing, monitoring and taking corrective action ofannual operating budget, via:-协助成以下报表
·        ControllableCosts 成本控制
·        ProgressReports 进展报告 
·        P&LStatement损益表

OPERATIONS营运
1.Identifyand solve problems in a timely fashion.
随时解决临时发生的状况
2. Delegateauthority and responsibility to subordinate managers in a way that the entireFood and Beverage operation runs smoothly.
有权力并有责任帮助下级的经理保证整个部门在正常的营运状态下
3.   Ensurethat all legal aspects are being fulfilled in regards to:
·        Controlof liquor, beer and wine控制烈酒，啤酒和其他酒类
·        Sanitationand safety 卫生和（食品）安全
·        Guestwalkouts and short checks 宾客离开和简易检查
·        Truthin menu 菜单的真实性
4. Ensureall managers and associates follow all job safety regulations and all hazardsare reported to Loss Prevention and Engineering.
保证所有的经理和员工们熟知工作安全细则并且在有威急情况时立即报告保安部
5. To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all MarriottS.O.P.’s & property Current Best Methods
确保实施万豪酒店旗下的标准和程序
6.  Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed& updated.
确保营运的标准进行周期性的回顾和更新
7. Ensure that departments enforceFSQM checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
确保所有部门根据FSQM自测进行并有每月一次的自查
8. Ensure that departments are responsible for assetmanagement of all outlet property and facilities.
确保所有部门管理好其内部的资产和设备
9.  Ensure that departments conduct a preventative maintenanceinspection on a monthly basis.
