岗位职责

1. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Security at all times whilst on duty.

确保值班内任何时刻酒店的安全。

2. Performs special duties as required by the Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager.

完成保安部经理或保安部副经理交与的其它任务。

3. Maintain a Hotel log book on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them to the Security Supervisor for follow up action.

保存酒店突发事件及客人投诉等的记录，提交保安主管采取行动。

4. Attend regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.

参加例行会议，回顾本部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见，同时阐明新的方针政策规定。

5. Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that they are being strictly adhered to.

掌握酒店安全政策和规程，并保证严格遵守。

6. Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency.

掌握消防服务及应急程序，以及本部门在紧急情况下应承担的责任。

7. Assist department head for the day-to-day operational issues, regularly reporting to the Chief Security about their opinions and suggestions.

协助部门经理搞好日常管理工作，及时向部门经理汇报保安员的思想动向和提出工作改进建议。

8. Check & report on all fire extinguishers monthly.

每月检查并汇报所有灭火器情况。

9. Clarify the job requirement, responsible for the equipment day-to-day operation, familiar and well know fire fighting and Central Control equipment operations and ensure all the equipment in the good condition at all the times.

明确岗位制度，对设备正常运行负责，熟悉和掌握消防、监控系统设备的标准操作和检查正常运行状态。

10. Observe and prevent the unwelcome person enter in to the hotel area and guest room areas, report to the supervisors and colleagues while any doubtable situation occurred.

善于观察，防止不受欢迎的人员进入酒店和客房区域，对当值期间发现的异常情况要及时上报主管，并通知邻近岗位保安员进行协防。

11. Work with Finance department for the cash collection safety and HR department for the staff locker and dormitory safety inspections.

配合财务部确保银行解款安全及配合人力资源部对员工更衣箱和员工宿舍作定期的安全检查。

12. Strictly controlling, inspecting and questioning the stuffs enter-in and out the hotel areas.

严格控制酒店出入口的物资进出、加强核对检查和询问。

13. Assigned for VIP safety and security works.

做好贵宾的安全接待和保卫工作。
