Adhere to the hotel’sPurchasing Policy and Procedures when carrying out all purchases.
采购时，遵守酒店采购政策和程序，包括所需要的批准和报价。
Select suppliersimpartially based upon cost, ability to meet product specifications, efficiencyand quality of their operations, delivery on a timely basis as required andability to source goods locally to avoid lengthy importation delays.
公正的选择供应商，按照价格、是否达到产品规格、效率和操作的质量，是否能按要求及时送货以及是否能就近采购货物以避免长途运输造成的时间耽搁来选择。
Conduct weekly orfortnightly market surveys for fresh food items and flowers.
每周或每两周进行新鲜食品和鲜花的市场调查

Computer keyboard skills including Microsoftexcel and word
